Since that time he has been in private practice, continuing to specialize in orthopedic and spine rehabilitation in Shasta County. Jim brings a unique approach to healing and rehabilitation, and is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to his patients. Jim and his wife Adele have been married since 1992, have two beautiful girls, and thoroughly enjoy all the North State has to offer.

Curtis Cascagnette, PTA

Curtis has lived throughout the United States and Canada, and briefly in Italy while in a language immersion program. Prior to Physical Therapy, his academic pursuits were in the humanities and the fine arts. Following his undergraduate work, he took a job as a CNA in Nebraska at a Rehabilitation Hospital where he fell in love with that aspect of healthcare and the science of human movement. However, it was there that he decided to further his education and ended up dabbling with Arts Education. After two years in that field, he realized his previous enjoyment was working with Physical Therapists. He now enjoys an incredibly rewarding career as a PTA working for Western Physical Therapy and travels to several clinics in the area. Curtis has several hobbies, interests, and passions, the first of which is being the proud father of two wonderful children and the husband of a beautiful and amazing wife.
